These training courses are specifically designed for hospital technicians responsible for servicing our mobile C-arms. The engineers gain a deeper understanding of Ziehm Imaging’s and Orthoscan's product functionality, learning basic mobile C-arm troubleshooting and, if applicable, maintenance procedures and the differences between the various hardware and software versions.
These courses also cover all aspects of service strategies, from service levels to troubleshooting and fault detection. The knowledge gained during these courses allows in-house technicians to solve the most commonly encountered issues quickly and efficiently.
