It gives course participants an in-depth understanding of the design and configuration of all hardware and software building blocks and how they interwork. Theoretical coaching is backed up by hands-on training and customer insight through case studies. These courses give service partners the technical foundation they need to solve complex issues in the field.

Clinical and Application Training is designed for our distributors and sales partners. We provide information on all Ziehm Imaging and OrthoScan FD systems and the clinical applications of those products. We outline the unique selling propositions and market positioning of each unit. Hands-on training and useful tips familiarize participants with the units, the underlying architecture and clinical workflows.

These training courses are designed in particular for hospital technicians responsible for servicing our mobile C-arms. The engineers gain a deeper understanding of Ziehm Imaging’s and OrthoScan's product functionality, learning basic mobile C-arm maintenance procedures and the differences between the various hardware and software versions. These courses also cover all aspects of service strategies, from service levels to troubleshooting and fault detection. The knowledge gained during these courses allows in-house technicians to solve most commonly encountered issues quickly and efficiently.
You will need to pass the Ziehm Vision / Ziehm Solo basis course before attending the advanced Ziehm Vision Family Advanced Products course.
